Prioritizing sleep hygiene by maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, reducing artificial light exposure before bed, and creating a dark, cool sleeping environment can support both metabolic and overall health.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) increases oxygen availability at a cellular level, counteracting the hypoxic environment that many tumors rely on for survival.
Intravenous high-dose vitamin C, which acts as a pro-oxidant in cancer cells, selectively targets malignant cells with dysfunctional mitochondria.
Repurposed metabolic medications, such as metformin, improve insulin sensitivity and reduce glucose availability to cancer cells, an area of growing research.
